As of my current knowledge (with a cutoff in mid-2024, and no live browsing ability unless you enable the search function), there is no known scientific paper, academic publication, cybersecurity report, or popular media reference to a file named Eviluminatus.txt or a project called ULP-BASES dated 4.1.2025 . The date itself ( 4.1.2025 ) is in the future relative to my training data.
