Bajrangi Bhaijaan tells the story of Pooja (Harshaali Malhotra), a mute and deaf Pakistani girl who gets separated from her family while on a pilgrimage to the Char Dham Yatra in India. Lost and alone, Pooja stumbles upon a small shop owned by a kind-hearted Indian, Bala (Naezy). The shopkeeper immediately contacts his friend, Bajrang (Salman Khan), a traveling salesman from Bihar, who takes it upon himself to help Pooja find her way back home.
