FlukeView Forms Basic 3.0 is legacy software from Fluke for downloading, viewing, and printing logged electrical test data from compatible Fluke instruments (insulation testers, multimeters, clamp meters, etc.). It provides a simple interface to transfer recorded measurements from an instrument to a PC, visualize them in tables and trend charts, and export or print reports. Version 3.0 is an older release and may have limited compatibility with modern OSes and hardware.
