For the living couple, Patience is a nightmare. Unlike the other ghosts, Patience doesn’t just want to be seen—she wants to convert Sam. Her Puritan logic dictates that Sam’s ability to see ghosts is a divine test, and she will try to enforce strict moral codes on the B&B. Jay, who can’t see Patience, will be forced to navigate Sam’s increasingly frantic behavior while managing a demanding new guest (a food critic, perhaps?).
