The CGI in Episode 1 is famously bad. The ghost’s floating effect is clearly just a person riding an office chair with a green screen glitch. But the show leans into it. The terrible visual effects become a meta-joke about the production company within the story being broke. It feels authentic to the Malaysian indie scene.
