The is an omnipolar Hall-effect switch IC typically housed in a SOT-23 (SOT-23-3L) surface-mount package. It detects the presence of a magnetic field (North or South pole) and switches its output low (open-drain) when the field exceeds the operate point (Bop).
The HSP06F1S4 switches the output to LOW when a sufficient magnetic south pole is applied perpendicular to the marked face. The output remains LOW until the magnetic field drops below the release point (Brp). Typical hysteresis prevents output oscillation near the switching threshold. hsp06f1s4
