Menudo was a Puerto Rican boy band formed in 1977 by producer Edgardo Díaz. It became one of the biggest Latin boy bands in history, especially during the 1980s. The band's unique structure involved replacing members as they reached 16 or 17 years old to keep the group "forever young". Over its history, the group had approximately 43 to 44 members.
