Where this release truly excels is in its technical execution. The "oily" aesthetic could easily look messy or cheap in lesser hands, but here, the lighting directors deserve immense credit. The glistening effect is captured using strategic backlighting and rim lighting, giving Kitami’s skin a slick, almost sculptural quality.
If there is a drawback to the project, it is the inherent limitation of its premise. Because the entire focus is on a single visual gimmick (micro swimwear + oil + dance), the novelty can wear off slightly by the final third of the video. A bit more variety in wardrobe—perhaps transitioning from the micro swimwear to other glossy, form-fitting attire—might have provided better pacing.
