Open the Command Prompt in the folder containing pkg2zip.exe .
: Copy the entire Title ID folder to ux0:app/ on your Vita via VitaShell and then Refresh LiveArea . Pkg2zip.exe
: Download the pkg2zip.exe executable and place it in the same folder as your .pkg file. Open the Command Prompt in the folder containing pkg2zip
