Pokemon Brilliant Diamond 1.3.0 Update [ RECOMMENDED ]
The Version 1.3.0 update for Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl was released on March 16, 2022 . It primarily added the ability to catch Arceus and opened the Global Wonder Station for online trading. Key Features Arceus Event : You can now encounter the Mythical Pokémon Arceus. To trigger this, you must have save data for Pokémon Legends: Arceus on your Nintendo Switch that shows you have completed all main missions in that game. In Brilliant Diamond , you must have also entered the Hall of Fame and obtained the National Pokédex . Once these conditions are met, you can find the Azure Flute in your bedroom in Twinleaf Town and take it to the Spear Pillar on Mount Coronet to face Arceus. GWS Online Trading : The Global Wonder Station (GWS) in Jubilife City is now fully functional. This feature allows for "Wonder Trades" where you can trade Pokémon with random players worldwide. A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership is required. Bug Fixes : Various minor issues were addressed to improve overall gameplay stability.

Sinnoh Reunion Raid Battles
2–4 player connected co-op battles (local + online) against powered-up versions of legendary and pseudo-legendary Sinnoh Pokémon (e.g., Dialga*, Palkia*, Giratina*, Rampardos, Rhyperior). Rotating weekly boss schedule with achievement-style rewards and collectible badges.
PokéLink: Memory Exchange
A social feature allowing players to trade recorded battle replays (short clips or compact data) and curated teams with friends. Replay viewer with basic playback controls and a “learn from top trainers” curated list.
Expanded Pokétch Widgets
