As of April 2026, WWE 2K Battlegrounds is entering its final stages of life on the Nintendo Switch. The most critical "new" update is that the game is being phased out in favor of newer titles like the recently released Critical Status Updates (2026) eShop Delisting: WWE 2K Battlegrounds was officially from the Nintendo eShop on February 20, 2026 . It is no longer available for new digital purchases. Server Shutdown: All multiplayer servers are scheduled to shut down on July 9, 2026
